Why Have I Been Taken Back To The Login Page?
If you’re attempting to sign in to your account but are unexpectedly redirected back to the login page, this could be due to our page timeout rules.
Extended Inactivity
If you remain inactive for 20 minutes or more, the page will time out, and you will be automatically logged out.
For example, once the page times out, if you left the Workplace Insight Tool (WIT) open on a chart, the next time you attempt to navigate or make any changes, you will be redirected to the login page.
Logging out of another website
Once you have logged into one of our websites, you are able to switch between them without logging in again. Similarly, once you log out of one of our websites, you will be logged out of all of them.
So, for example, if you log into your dashboard (secure.b.co.uk) and then hop over to WIT (wit.b.co.uk), you wouldn't be asked to log in again. However, if you logged out of your dashboard whilst viewing data in WIT, we would ask you to log into WIT again.
We do this as an added security measure to protect your company’s data. If you find yourself back at the login page again, providing your username and password will get you back up and running again.
