How Do I Reset My Password?

Get help with logging in to your Best Companies account.

If you are trying to log into your Best Companies account, but are being told that your username or password is incorrect, the first thing to do is to check your email address is entered correctly, e.g., there are no additional spaces. If you are confident this is correct you should try resetting your password.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

  • Open your web browser.
  • Navigate to the Best Companies home page by typing www.b.co.uk in the address bar.
  • Click on the 'login' link at the top of the screen.

Once you have been redirected to our secure site, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link in the 'Log in to your account' section of the page...

Enter your email address in the box on the page that you are taken to and click on the submit button...

Once you have been redirected to our secure site, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link in the 'Log in to your account' section of the page.

When you have done this you should get an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you are still unable to log in we suggest trying an alternative browser, or clearing your cache (Ctrl+F5) to see if this immediately resolves the issue.

Please note that only the newest verification code (or newest password that we send) will be valid.
