Website Password Policy
When you sign up for any of our websites we prioritise your security. That's why we require strong passwords to safeguard your account and personal information from unauthorised access.
When registering on any of our websites, such as Workplace Insight Tool (WIT), MC³, or your b-Heard survey set dashboard, you must create a password to ensure your information remains secure. As protecting your account is a top priority, we require a strong password that is hard for others to guess or breach.
When you provide a password, it must adhere to the following rules:
- Be at least 10 characters long
- Be a combination of upper/lower case letters and include a number or symbol
- Not be a dictionary word or a name
- Not be a dictionary word or a name with a digit at the end (e.g., password1)
- Not be a password that you have used before
Strong Password Tip: Think of a phrase: for example, “I have a daughter who is 8, her name is Emily.” Use the first letter and number to create the password – which in this case would be Ihadwi8hniE.
Although this seems like quite a lot of conditions to meet, the data that is accessible using your username and password is very sensitive, and we want to do our utmost to make sure that nobody sees it except you.
