The benefitting charity can be any of your choice, your organisation might have a charity of the year that you’re supporting, or even a group of charities.
Organisations who opt to include a charitable donation can increase their response rate by an average of 50%.
If you would like to include a charitable donation, you just need to enter the name of the charity you would like to support, and the amount to donate per completed survey. This information will be included in your survey invitations and reminders. We advise sending yourself a test survey from the dashboard so you can review how this will appear in your communications. You will manage arranging payment to your chosen charity, and we will ensure it’s referenced in the survey communications automatically sent by us.
A charity donation would not be seen as bribery as it is not benefiting any individual or organisation directly connected to the survey.
Responding to the employee survey is of course completely optional, but it's a nice incentive to have your say while raising money for a good cause.
How do I add a charity?
As part of your Set-up & launch dashboard tasks, there is a task called 'Set up charitable contribution'. Here you can include your chosen charity and how much you wish to donate per survey. You can also opt to not make a charitable donation by selecting the box underneath charity name.
Can we include more than one charity?
Yes, if you wish to donate to more than one charity, please include these in the charity name section, separating each charity with a comma.
How do we promote the donations in the survey?
Within the survey invitation sent to your employees, the chosen charity and amount per completed survey will be included in the body of text.
