Why Are Some Questions Not Visible In Wit?
We are continuously developing our methodology, meaning we may include questions on the b-Heard survey that are not available for reporting purposes.
Some spaces in our survey are reserved to allow for the testing of new survey items as our methodology is continuously developing. However, we don’t release any data from these items until they are fully tested. Typically, such testing could take two survey cycles.
During this period we analyse the returned data to confirm that the items are performing as a valid measure. Some additional items are also included which provide us with additional data to help us to monitor and improve our methodology. We use these to perform certain calculations and analyses but they are not designed for client reporting purposes.
