Achieving Best Companies accreditation or being named one of the UK’s Best Companies to Work For is a prestigious honour, showcasing organisations that excel in doing things right, genuinely value their people, foster true engagement, and reach a standard that many across the UK aspire to, yet only the very best achieve.
Where you achieve a Best Companies Index (“BCI”) score above 600, you will be recognised with one of our accreditation statuses ranging from ‘Ones to Watch’, through to ‘3 Star’ accredited - defined as World Class to Work For.
You will typically receive your results and access to assets 48 working hours after closing your survey subject to data checks and eligibility criteria. If you've entered the Best Companies lists and succeeded, your logos for national, regional, and sector lists will be available in your dashboard after the official reveal. We will shout about your achievement on social media too.
Once you receive your accreditation status, your Company Profile will be featured on our website, b.co.uk, which attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors annually. This will not only validate your achievement but also serve as an excellent platform to promote your current job vacancies.
At the end of the survey year, we will announce the Best Companies to Work For Lists, revealing which organisations have been recognised regionally, nationally, and within their sector. These lists will also be published on our website, offering tailored exposure by allowing users to filter results by region and sector, as well as view national rankings through our Small, Mid-Size, Large, and Big Companies Lists. This provides your organisation with the opportunity to craft its most impactful headline.
The minimum BCI score for entry onto our Lists and gain a Ones to Watch status is 600.
