What Makes An Employee Eligible?
Best Companies provides the option to conduct surveys globally, allowing you to survey your entire workforce and obtain a comprehensive view of engagement across your organisation. To be recognised for Best Companies Accreditation or Lists, certain eligibility criteria must be met.
It is essential that your employees are accurately identified in your data to ensure their survey responses contribute towards your Best Companies accolade.
When you register, you'll specify the total number of employees you want to survey, and then how many of them are in the country location, broken down into full-time equivalents (FTEs).
A minimum of 25 FTE employees per country is required for accreditation and lists. Every employee across the country being evaluated in your organisation must be included in the survey, with no groups or departments left out. Additionally, at least 50% of your eligible employees must have worked for your organisation for at least 6 months when the survey is conducted.
