What List Assets Are Available To Showcase Our Success?

Being named one of the UK's Best Companies to Work For is a prestigious accolade that organisations across the nation aspire to achieve, but only the very best succeed in attaining.  There are several ways to showcase your success.

There are several benefits from showcasing your successes:

The Recognition assets that are avaialble include: 

  • National, Regional and Sector logos 

  • National, Regional and Sector Window Vinyls 

  • National Award Trophies 

National, Regional, and Sector List Logos

Based on your organisation’s end of year List positions, free logos are available to download from the Recognise dashboard. 

There is no time-limit to the use of our assets, we only encourage you to use the most recent ones you’ve achieved.

Window Vinyls 

  • Window Vinyls are free of charge. They can be ordered from the Online Shop within the ‘Recognise’ dashboard.

  • There is a maximum order quantity of 50 vinyls. However, if you would like to place an order of 50+, please contact support@b.co.uk. 

  • Vinyls are divided into National, Regional and Sector lists. Your position on these lists determines the type of vinyls you can receive.

National Award Trophies

In order to help you showcase such a fantastic achievement, organisations who place on the Best Companies to Work For Lists can get a ‘Best Companies to Work For’ National Award Trophy. 

The Best Companies to Work For Award Trophy comes in three different options depending on your organisations position: 

  • Top 100 are able to purchase a 7 inch Award Trophy 

  • Top 5 are able to purchase an 8 inch Award Trophy 

  • #1 organisations are able to purchase a 9 inch Award Trophy 

Top 100, Top 5 and #1 Award Trophy are brushed stainless steel (national list logo) and Brathay Cumbrian black slate desk trophy, with engraved company name. 

Special Awards 

Organisations who demonstrate exemplary performance or innovative practice throughout the year will be presented with a Special Award at Best Companies Awards evening. 

There are 7 Special Awards:

  • Giving Something Back

  • Learning & Development

  • Wellbeing

  • Lifetime Achievement Award 

  • Special Recognition 10, 15 & 20 Year Awards
