What Is An Executive Data Pack Including SWOT? (Available To WIT Pro Users)
You can add SWOT Insights to your Executive Summary Data Pack at either company overall or employment group level. Our SWOT analysis will identify your organisations Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats and which job grades they relate to.
If you would like to get a top-level overview of how your organisation has performed from a survey along with areas of focus, this pack will give you everything you need.
- These packs allow you to create relevant and actionable reports based on either your organisation as a whole or an individual employment group.
- It will show BCI score information and how your organisations employees place on our 9 zone Affect Model. It will (by default) split your organisations data by the two most important demographics you have set up – Job Grade/Level and Employment Group, with Job Grade data forming the basis of the SWOT analysis. You will see how your Job Grades are performing for each of the 8 Workplace Factors and at statement level.
- Where MC3 statements have been asked within the survey, the pack will also provide an overall MC3 score for your organisations managers collectively, including MC3 Elements and Sub-elements. Your organisation will be able to compare these results to a suitable external manager benchmark at Ones to Watch, 1 Star, 2 Star and 3 Star level with year-on-year analysis if applicable.
- Employment Group data set up at level 1 from your organisations structure will also feature showing how the groups have performed across 8 Workplace Factors. If generating a pack for an Employment Group, it will also feature Employment Group data the next level down.
The pack will contain up to two comparisons. We will automatically include a comparison to a natural stretch benchmark, for example if your organisation is achieving the top end of the OTW Accreditation rating you will be compared against 1 Star benchmark. If generating a pack for an employment group, the stretch benchmark applied will be relevant to the employment group and may differ from the company overall. If you have surveyed with us before we will also automatically also include comparisons to your most recent survey.
To support you in further, the links below will take your through a downloadable resources. The data pack includes SWOT analysis and the guide will explain what the SWOT annotations within your data pack are identifying. Within the guide you’ll see charts and tables that look a lot like those in your data packs, except we’ve used dummy data from a hypothetical organisation. Using this guide as a reference, you’ll be able to understand what each table, chart and graph means. You’ll be able to draw insights from your survey data that you can use to improve engagement in your organisation.
