What is a 1+3 data pack? (Available To WIT Pro Users)
If you would like to see the results from your employee engagement survey within a PowerPoint deck or printable hard copy, your 1+3 data pack will give you all you need. You will be able to view results and scores for your organisation overall, or filter and request by an employment group.
This article, along with the included downloadable example and user guide, will explain in detail the features and benefits of a 1+3 data pack. Click the links at the bottom of this article to access the example Executive Data Pack and user guide. Including:
- BCI score information and how your organisations employees place on our 9 zone affect model. It will split your organisations data by the two most important demographics you have set up – Job Grade/Level and Employment Group. You will see how your Job Grades are performing for each of the 8 Workplace Factors and at statement level
- 8 factor results featuring our new enhanced graphics and split to show the 4 factors (or pillars) that drive engagement at an organisation level and the 4 factors (or enablers) vital at an individual level
- Access to new and improved heatmap comparisons allowing you to view a graphic of response pattern for each statement. You can also include up to three benchmarks on the same heatmaps slide, vs a previous survey, vs a stretch benchmark (more on that below) and if using the deck for employment groups, an option to have a comparison against the organisations results
- Includes our 1 + 3 Method™ designed to identify 1 Area to Celebrate and 3 Opportunities to Improve from our 8 Factors. Helping you target in on focus areas, starting with what is working well, the method creates a sense of safety and confidence. By limiting focus to three opportunities to improve, it keeps effort concentrated and manageable. The method deliberately focuses on areas within a team’s sphere of influence, ensuring that improvement discussions remain practical, constructive and actionable
- Employment group data included from your organisations structure will also feature showing how the groups have performed across the 8 Factors against a stretch benchmark and if applicable, vs a previous survey. Employment group packs will include lower level areas unique to the parent group
The pack can contain up to three comparisons. We will automatically include a comparison to a natural stretch benchmark, for example if your organisation is achieving the top end of the 1 star accreditation rating you will be compared against a 2 Star benchmark. If generating a pack for an employment group, the stretch benchmark applied will be relevant to the employment group and may differ from the company overall and you will have the option to include a third vs organisation benchmark. If you have surveyed with us before you can also include a comparison to a previous survey.
