What IP Addresses And Domains Should We Whitelist?
To ensure your employees receive essential emails, including the b-Heard survey and reminders, we recommend adding all of the following to your organisation's whitelist.
You may also wish to check with your IT team that your mail servers have no email throttling in place or are able to add an exception for our mail server IP if you do. This can cause us problems when sending mass email campaigns such as survey invitations and reminders to your organisation’s mail servers.
