What Can I Do If I Haven’t Received My Survey?

If your organisation has informed you about a b-Heard Survey launch but you haven’t received the survey, there may be several reasons for this, outlined below.

If you haven’t received a survey, the first thing to check is whether the email containing the survey invitation link might have landed in your Junk or Spam folder.

If that’s not the case, the following troubleshooting checklist may help:

  • An email survey may have been sent to an incorrect email address

  • You may be expecting an email survey, but a paper survey has been assigned to you

  • You may need to be added to employee information by the project manager for your survey in your organisation

  • If you are very new to the organisation or a contractor, you may not be registered to receive a survey

  • If you have been on long term sick for longer than 4 weeks, you are not required to complete a survey as this may not be appropriate for you. If you would like to complete a survey, please contact your project manager for the survey in your organisation.

For support with these scenarios contact your organisation’s b-Heard Survey Project Manager. If you are unsure who your Project Manager is, then please contact Best Companies at support@b.co.uk, call us on 01978 856222, or click the 'Get in Touch' button at the top of this page.
