Project Manager
If you were to create an account for a colleague using the Project Manager option, your colleague will have the same view as you when logging in and will be able to access any step of the survey set-up.

Contributor
The Contributor access point will not provide your colleague with the same view as yourself, nor will they be able to access the dashboard until you assign them a task. You can assign tasks to Contributors inside the Cultural Insight* section of your survey set-up.
There are several sections requiring completion within the Cultural Insight task, and each section can be assigned to a colleague, as shown below by using the ‘Assign Task’ button. You also can apply a deadline to the task.
Once assigned, the Contributor will then receive an email invitation to login to the dashboard and will be taken to the section you have assigned them to.
The Cultural Insight task is only shown as a step to complete if you are opting in for Best Companies recognition following your survey.
