Our online portal is a sophisticated yet easy-to-use data analytics tool which enables you to explore and understand the results of your engagement survey.
The Workplace Insight Portal has two different levels, Basic and Pro.
On registration you select either the Basic or the Pro level of Workplace Insight, but you can upgrade at any time. Upgrading can be processed through the portal itself, or you can get in touch with one of the team to help you. The level of data that you will have access to varies between the two. The Basic level will provide you with an overview of your data. Whereas if you have selected the Workplace Insight Pro you will have access to extensive analysis of employee demographic information, multiple benchmarks and feedback; inclusive of your employee’s comments.

Filtering by Employment Groups
When viewing your data, filtering by employment groups is one of the best ways to gain further insight in to your company. As such, WIT offers a few different ways to let you do this.
Please Note: In some cases you may need to upgrade your WIT pack to Pro in order to access these features.

Employee Comments, 8 Factor Results, and Demographic Response: These charts all provide the same filtering functionality as they allow you to filter by any of your available employment groups from any part of the company, and what is displayed will be the merged results of the selected groups.

Engagement Score: The charts differ slightly in that they let you filter by any of your available groups, but you can only have one selected at a time.

Comparison Tables: Can vary depending on what you are viewing. In Overall comparison tables, the employment group filtering tab has been removed from the chart options – but you can work your way down to lower levels of your organisation by clicking on the name of one of the available groups. Whereas if you are viewing a Factor comparison table, you are able to select a single group to filter by – similar to the engagement scores chart.

Employment Group: The filtering option in these charts is limited in that we assume you will work down to the group you wish to view first and we then give you the option to filter which groups are shown in the chart from the current groups displayed. For example, in this chart you would not be able to select a level 3 group and a level 2 group from a different part of the company, whereas this is entirely possible in the 8 Factor Results and Demographic Response charts.
