Survey Distribution Guidelines
Understanding your employees' thoughts and feelings is key to your engagement journey. Their feedback guides decisions, highlights areas of focus, and supports improvement plans. We offer several methods for distributing surveys to effectively capture this feedback:

We strongly recommend this method because it helps achieve a high average response rate, and employee survey links are much easier to resend or replace

Please make sure that employees have their own work email account and not one that is shared

Each survey is individual to an employee and can only be completed once, so please advise employees not to forward survey invitations or links on to colleagues

Surveys are sent from ‘survey@b.co.uk’. This address will need to be added to your company’s whitelist to allow the survey links to reach your employees. Employees also need to be able to access the web page bheard.b.co.uk to complete the survey
Login Code by Post

This is a great option if your employees don’t have an email address but can access the internet in or outside work. This method looks like a payslip and will be addressed to individual employees who will then access the survey using the code provided inside the slip

Please make sure that the survey is handed to the individual named on the front. If the employee is out of the organisation for whatever reason, the survey should be sent to them by another means. It is your responsibility to make sure employees receive their invitation to take part

A very similar option to our Login code by Post option but eliminates any distribution issues and reduces our environmental impact.

This method of surveying enables your company to give a generic link, created by us, to employees. These links could then be embedded on an existing HR portal or shared as part of your survey campaign.

There are two ways that LCBL can be used, Company Link or Employee Link – we can only offer one of these at a time.

The Company Link - This is where your company gets provided with a single link to share with your employees, the employee then enters their payroll number, creates PIN and proceeds to the survey.

The Employee Link - This is where we generate a link for each employee that can be hosted on your company's HR portal.

We are able to offer suggestions for your communications, but you will need to provide clear instructions for your employees to access their survey link and send them reminders, adhering to our communication guidelines.
