Now You're Live: How To Manage Responses, Invitations and Survey Closure
Now it’s time to make sure your participants are engaged and your response rates stay on track. Whether you need to update an email address, resend an invitation, or schedule a reminder, your survey dashboard has all the tools you need. Here's a quick guide to help you stay in control.
Head to your survey dashboard and click on the response tile to open your response dashboard.
How to Amend Email Addresses
Mistyped email? No problem. You can easily update it right from your dashboard.
- Select the Invitations tab.
- Use the filters or search bar to locate the employee whose email needs updating.
- Click the three dots on the right-hand side of their entry and choose Edit Email.
- Enter the correct email address, then click Save and Resend to send the updated invitation
Resending Email Invitations
If someone missed the original invite, you can resend it in just a few clicks.
- Go to the Invitations tab.
- Find the employee using the search bar or filters.
- Click the three dots next to their name and select Resend Invite.
That’s it - the invitation will be on its way again!
Scheduling Additional Reminders
Reminders are a great way to boost response rates. You can schedule extra ones whenever needed.
- Select the 'Responses tab' at the top of the page.
- Scroll down to the ‘Survey Communications’ tile.
- Here, you’ll see your current reminder schedule.
- To add a new one, click Add Reminder.
- In the pop-up window, choose the date you’d like the reminder to go out.
- Click Add Reminder to save and schedule it.
Managing Response Rates
- You can monitor your responses by Employment Group or Reporting lines.
- These can also be exported by selecting 'download report' in the bottom left hand corner.
Closing your survey
When it is time to close your survey, this should be done within your survey live dashboard.
Simply select the ‘Close Survey’ button shown below!
