After closing your b-Heard survey, your results, accessible via the Workplace Insights Tool (WIT), should be ready within 48 hours. The Client Experience team will notify you when the results are available, and you can begin granting access.
At this stage, you'll discover your BCI score and learn whether you've achieved a Best Companies accreditation, recognised as either a good, very good, outstanding or world class organisation to work for.
At the end of the survey year, we will announce the Best Companies to Work For Lists, revealing which organisations have been recognised regionally, nationally, and within their sector. These lists will also be published on our website, offering tailored exposure by allowing users to filter results by region and sector, as well as view national rankings through our Small, Mid-Size, Large, and Big Companies Lists. This provides your organisation with the opportunity to craft its most impactful headline.
How do I check my achievements?
To begin, log into your Best Companies account and click the Recognition button on the header ribbon. This will open your Recognition dashboard, providing your accreditation (1 star, 2 star or 3 star) and the opportunity to download logos/assets, or to order special plaques or window vinyl's.
Once we release our lists you will also learn if you have been named a best company to work for nationally, regionally, or in your sector. You'll be able to download the relevant logo for this achievement by clicking the Download logo button.
If you can't see your achievements, it's likely you are already setting up another survey, such as in this screen:
Click the dropdown in the top right and select your most recent closed survey to see your results. You may have run more than one survey, and can check the results for each of these (or our Annual results) by clicking this drop down:
Select Annual results to see the National, Regional and Sector results.
Can I check my position on the list?
Yes! To check your position on our lists navigate to the Best Companies Lists option near the bottom of the page. The system will automatically pull your list position and highlight your company in red. The lists are split between National, Regional and Sector:
