Logging In to Elevate for the First Time

Good to know: You do not need to create a new account. Log in to elevate.b.co.uk with your existing b.co.uk password.

How access is set up

Elevate access is rolled out in stages, so the right people see the right results at the right time:

Best Companies agrees the first users with your organisation. Our Support or Client Outcomes team will agree with you in advance who should be invited first. These are usually your HR or project management team, who become admin users.
Admin users get access first. Once they are in, they can review the results and check everything is set up correctly.
Admin users invite your people leaders. They choose who to invite from your leadership team and people managers, and manage the roll out and cascade of results.

This means you will only receive an invitation once your organisation has decided to release access to you.

Logging in for the first time

Look out for your invitation email. You will receive an email when access is released to you by your organisation's HR or project management team the email will be from support@b.co.uk, so please make sure this address is whitelisted. It will include further instructions.
Go to elevate.b.co.uk. You can use the link in your invitation email or type the address into your browser.
Enter your email address. Use the email address your invitation was sent to.
Enter your existing b.co.uk password. This is the same password you already use for Best Companies.
Select log in. You will land on your Dynamic Dashboard, which shows you what to focus on first.

What you will see

When you first log in, you will see a summary of your insights. Click through to see your 1+3: your factor to celebrate and your three opportunity factors.

If you are an admin user, we recommend you visit the Admin Centre next to choose how results are shown across your organisation.

What you can see in Elevate depends on the access your organisation has given you. For example, an HR admin may see the whole organisation, while a people manager may see results for their own team. If you think you should be able to see more, speak to your HR or project management team.

Troubleshooting

I have not received an invitation

Invitations are sent in stages, so your organisation may not have released access to you yet. Check your junk or spam folder, then speak to your HR or project management team or contact support@b.co.uk.

I have forgotten my b.co.uk password

There is a ‘forgetten password’ link on the Elevate.b.co.uk login page where you can reset your password.

I do not have a b.co.uk password

As a first time user once invited to the platform you will receive a invitation email with a first time password and option to reset.

I can log in but cannot see the results I expected

Your access is set by your organisation. If you are a people manager, you will see your Team Insights in Story Mode. If you have been assigned a department, you will see that department and any teams below it. Speak to your HR or project management team if anything looks wrong.
