How Many Responses Do I Need For SWOT Insights?
You can obtain SWOT insights from Workplace Insight Pro where your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats will be incorporated into your data. A minimum of 5 responses are required to generate these.
SWOT insights are based on Job Grade/Level, so in order to access these you must have a minimum of 5 responses in the same Job Grade/Level for a SWOT to be generated.
For example, if the overall Employment Group had 8 responses, however 4 were Team Members and 4 were Managers, a SWOT would not be possible. If on the other hand the 8 responses were shared 6 for Team Member and 2 for Manager, a SWOT could be generated, only it will just include Team Member conclusions.
Ideally, 5 responses across all Job Grades (within each Employment Group) will enable optimal SWOT generation. If these thresholds aren’t met, we recommend focusing on organisation-wide insights for a broader reflection.
