How Do I View Our Subscription?
To view your active subscription details, such as start and end dates, as well as the products included, simply log in to your Best Companies dashboard.
Your Best Companies subscription will begin as soon as it is processed through your dashboard. This grants you full access to our unlimited surveying model, meaning you can survey as many times as you like during your subscription period. You can choose to subscribe at a time that best aligns with your organisation's needs and surveying patterns.
To check and view your active subscription details, including start/end date and products included, just login to your Best Companies dashboard, head to the profile icon in the right-hand corner and click My Subscription from the drop down menu.
When navigating the “My Subscription” page, you will initially see your active subscription details at the top, which will detail the bundle selected and which products this includes, the start and end date of your subscription as well as the cost.
If you have recently renewed your subscription, you will also see “pending subscription” details below your active subscription, which will give you a view of the pending subscription bundle, cost, and dates of your upcoming subscription.
