To create a PowerPoint presentation within the Workplace Insight Tool, click on the 'Add Slide' icon when viewing your desired chart as shown highlighted below:
This will then add your chosen slide to your Storyboard.
You can change the order of the slides in your storyboard within the Manage Storyboard feature, this can be found within the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the page.
You can change the order of the slides in your storyboard by moving to the left side of the slide, until you see the 4 arrows to move it. You’ll then be able to drag and drop your slide into your chosen location in the storyboard.
Once you are happy with the content of your storyboard, click the green 'Publish' button. You will then receive an email with a link to the PowerPoint presentation. Please allow approximately 20 minutes to receive this.
Please note that if you delete the content of your storyboard before you receive the link, this may remove your chosen slides from the presentation you receive.
