How Do I Close Our B-heard Survey?
When you are happy with your response rate you can close your survey from your account dashboard.
When closing your survey, it is important to consider any internal deadlines that you may need access to your results for. However, if you are entering into our recognition elements of Lists and Accreditation, you will also need to ensure that your organisation has reached the minimum response rate required to be eligible.

As a Project Manager, it is your responsibility to close your b-Heard survey at a time of your choosing. You can do this by logging into your Manage Survey dashboard, where you can also monitor response rates. Once you are ready, simply press ‘Close Survey’ to confirm that you are satisfied and wish to close the survey.
Once you have closed your survey, we aim to provide your data to you 48 working hours after closing the survey, subject to our data checks.
