Best Companies will create a company profile that features on our website for any organisation that gains an accreditation following their survey results. You can contribute towards the creation of the profile from the 'Public Profile Builder' task that can be found within your dashboard.
Public Profile Builder
If this is your first time completing the public profile, all imagery will be stock imagery and text provided by Best Companies as an example of what can go here.
The Public Profile Builder allows you to add or edit several sections of text and imagery, these are shown with a pencil or camera symbol above. To find out more information on editing images you can view this additional article here.
Mission Statement
Your Company Mission Statement should be a 20-word summary of your company's purpose and ambitions.
Company Biography
If this your first time creating a profile, you can create a Company Biography, below is. After the first time this will then be unable to be edited by yourself. Our Marketing department work alongside a team of writers to create the main body of text and to ensure it matches a consistent tone across all company profiles. This will be reviewed once per year using content provided in the PR & Advertising section of your Company Profile and Cultural Insights within your Survey Setup Dashboard.
Once you are happy, make sure to save changes.
Company Spotlight, Featured Workplaces Factors, Quick Facts and Benefits
Your Company Spotlight is a video highlight showcasing your company using content provided in your Cultural Insight. This video will be published during the Best Companies to Work For Lists reveal.
Similarly, the information for Workplace Factors, Quick Facts, and benefits is derived from the details provided within your Cultural Insight.
Quote from the Top
The Quote from the Top is an opportunity for your CEO/Director/Senior Leader to share their thoughts on company values and what makes you great.
We are only able to use one image, so if your quote comes from more than one person, please use a photo of them together.
The quote from the top should be no more than 80 words. Once you are happy, make sure to save changes.
Careers
You can promote your careers page by sharing a direct link to your open vacancies. Once you are happy, make sure to save changes.
Once all of the text is included, if this is your first time working on the profile you can select Mark as Complete at the top left of the page.
If you are amending an existing profile, select Publish my Profile to amend these changes.
Your profile should now be completed. If this is your first Public Profile, this will be made public as soon as possible after being accredited. Republishing a profile if you were to make any changes will take a matter of minutes to go live on our website.
