If you have an existing profile on our website, the fields editable here will be updated immediately on pressing publish. If you do not have an existing profile on our website we will publish your profile, incorporating these details, following the close of your survey. All organisations will receive a refreshed biography and featured factors written by Best Companies following close of your survey and publishing of your first official achievement each year.
This can be found within the 'My tasks' - 'Recognition tasks' section, and here you can build and publish your company profile. This task features several editable sections which you can update yourself.

After clicking the camera symbol, you will get a pop up on the screen with a brief overview of what images we advise uploading as well as an advised criteria for the image.
To replace the image entirely, select the bin icon. To edit the scale of the existing image select edit as shown in the image below ...
If your uploaded image crops parts of the image you did not expect, you can use the edit image function to adjust the scale of the image and find a position you prefer.
Once all images have been updated and you are satisfied with the changes, all you then need to do is select publish profile in the top left of the page.
