How Can I View Previous Survey Data In WIT?
Running multiple b-Heard surveys to measure your employee engagement and organisational health, allows you to view and compare against your previous survey data within the Workplace Insight Tool (WIT). This can generate invaluable insights on improvements.
To view your previous survey data within the Workplace Insight Tool (WIT), this can be found by logging into the portal and clicking on the survey entry within the top right-hand corner user box which will take you through to ‘Preferences’.
Alternatively, you can click on the arrow within the user box which will provide you with a drop down where you can click on ‘Preferences’.
Once you are within your ‘Preferences’ page, your previous survey entries will appear in a box in the middle of the page. To view a previous year’s data, you will need to click on the survey year you want to view and click ‘select’. Once you have done this, the page will refresh to your previous survey.
To confirm you are viewing your previous survey data and not your most current survey data, within the user box located in the top right-hand corner, the survey month and year will appear.
Why can’t I access WIT, or compare to last year’s results?
If you've recently requested changes to your survey data, or if recommended updates are being made, this may temporarily limit access to the Workplace Insight Tool (WIT) while the changes are processed and updated.
Whenever data changes are made in WIT, a restamp process is required to ensure the updates are properly reflected. This process typically takes at least one overnight cycle to complete, which means that during this time, you won’t be able to access the updated survey results, generate a Data Pack, or make comparisons with the previous data.
This process is in place to prevent any misleading information or inaccurate comparisons from being available during the update.
