After closing your b-Heard survey, your results, accessible via the Workplace Insights Tool (WIT), should be ready within 48 hours. The Client Experience team will notify you when the results are available, and you can begin granting access.
If you've conducted an MC³ survey, the results will be available once the manager validation process is completed within the ‘Data Rollout’.
At this stage, you'll discover your BCI score and learn whether you've achieved a Best Companies accreditation, recognised as either a good, very good, outstanding or world class organisation to work for. You will then receive the relevant logo to showcase your achievement.
While sharing your BCI score should remain internal for now, we recommend ensuring employees understand how their organisation has scored and that their voices have been heard.
What’s exciting, is that you can download your Accreditation logos from the 'Download assets' option within the 'Showcase Your Success' section of your Recognition dashboard. You are now ready to celebrate this milestone and share it on social media!

If you've entered the Best Companies lists and succeeded, your logos for national, regional, and sector lists will be avaialbe in your dashboard after the official reveal.
