Do We Need To Survey Multiple Times In A Year To Enter Lists And Accreditation?

The 12-month subscription model means you are firmly in control of when you survey, and how many times you survey during your subscription period, all for one fee. 

This flexible approach allows you to launch a survey once a year at a time that works best for you or opt for pulse surveys multiple times. Regardless of your choice, we will use your highest score within the subscription period for the end-of-year Best Companies to Work For Lists calculation and reveal.

Example:

An organisation achieves a 1 star accreditation and then subsequently acts on the feedback from that survey, and as a result, feels like engagement has improved, then they could re-survey and better their accreditation for the remainder of that year. However, if this proves not to be the case, and engagement has fallen then we would still take their highest score for their accreditation rating and for the Best Companies to Work For Lists.
