Are Survey Reminders Sent To Improve Our Response Rate?

Best Companies will send out reminder emails five and ten working days after your survey launches. The reminder emails are sent out to any employee yet to complete the survey with the aim to increase participation.

If you are the b Heard Survey setup Project Manager, you can view our standard survey reminder communications via the ‘Review your communications’ task by selecting ‘Manage Survey’,  then under 'My tasks' select 'Set-up & launch'.

If you wish to use your own reminder communication or amend our standard reminders, please be aware that we do have guidelines to follow to ensure fairness and that specific groups or individuals are not targeted.  Therefore, please just make sure they are agreed by us beforehand by sending the communication to support@b.co.uk

For additional information about the survey reminders please refer to your selected survey method below:
 
Email surveys: Best Companies send the email invitation to each employee and an automated reminder is sent to anyone who is yet to complete the survey after 5 and 10 days following the launch date
 
Login code by link surveys: The organisation is required to remind colleagues about the survey as part of their survey campaign.
 
Login code by post surveys: Best Companies send the survey and a covering letter to each employee. Reminders are to be sent internally by the organisation 5 and 10 days after their launch date.
 
Paper surveys: The organisation is required to distribute the envelopes which include a covering letter and survey. It is also their responsibility to send a reminder 5 and 10 days after their launch date.
