Why Are Benchmarks And Filters Not Displaying Correctly in WIT?

If you add a benchmark, filter or demographic to a chart within the Workplace Insight Tool, you will need to ensure that they are removed before moving onto your next area.

Those options which have been previously selected to view data, but then not removed before moving on, will carry through to your next chart.

Removing these selections is simple:

  • Scroll below the chart you are viewing and either click "compare", "filter" or "demographic"
  • Click "add/remove" and you will be presented with the below pop-up

  • Then click the red cross in compare, filter or demographic
  • Click generate.  This will remove any active filters
