Is It Compulsory To Complete The Survey I've Received?
The b-Heard survey is entirely optional, and participation is fully at the discretion of each employee.
If you choose to share your views and feelings by completing the survey, please rest assured that we highly prioritise your anonymity. Responses are grouped and subjected to strict rules to maintain confidentiality.
The data we gather is solely used to identify patterns of engagement within your organisation. To protect your anonymity, we require a minimum of five responses within a particular demographic group before reporting any data.
